One of the most frustrating things about being a voice talent today is that you rarely, if ever, get feedback on your auditions.<\/p>\n
Sure, maybe you’ll get a “like” on one of the voice casting sites but that doesn’t help when you don’t book the job.<\/p>\n
The truth is there is no way to really know why we do or don’t get cast for a job. Sometimes it’s as simple as not getting heard and other times it’s a completely random reason like they hired a friend. <\/p>\n
But the situation isn’t hopeless – far from it!<\/p>\n
