It&#8217;s frequently used by people in the so-called &#8216;gig&#8221; economy who are looking for a way to make some extra cash while they live life on their own terms.<\/p>\n<p>Some of these people legitimately need the extra income to supplement poor paying day jobs, beef up retirement income or provide for their family.<\/p>\n<p>For others, travel and leisure comes first-work second.<\/p>\n<p>They envision hitting the road with their microphone in their backpack, skiing and surfing first and then doing a little easy &#8220;work&#8221; behind the mic when the spirit moves them.<\/p>\n<p>So what&#8217;s the real deal here?<\/p>\n<p>Is voice over really a lifestyle business or is there something else you need to know?<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s the subject of this week&#8217;s Inside Voiceover video training blog.
