I love the week between Christmas and New Year’s. I assess what worked and what didn’t in the year gone by and plan for the year ahead.

I dig into my business growth goals, my health goals and even something I call my peace-of-mind index. Overall, 2017 was pretty darn good but wait ’til you see what we’ve got planned for you in 2018!

A big secret is to set an overall goal for the year but only plan for the next 90 days and then reset your goals every quarter based on current conditions.

In his book “Traction,” Gino Wickman advises to select a few ‘big rocks’ for the quarter (no more than 2 or 3) and keep them at the front of your focus until they get done.

So how about you? What are your plans for the year ahead?

If you’re just starting out, your big rock for the first quarter of the new year might be our Core Curriculum training and demo package.
