A big part of having a successful voice over business is qualifying your prospects.

Unfortunately, it’s often the hardest thing to do because there are so many possibilities in the 14 voice over niches available to you.

But here’s the thing: when you think about it, you’ll discover that not everyone is ready to buy your voice over services right now. Some people have jobs they need to cast right away while others are merely gathering demos for their files.

Your job is to pick the group that has an immediate need and the money and authority to buy.

For example…

There’s nothing more frustrating than calling a prospect every month, building a great relationship with them, and then discovering that their boss has the final say on who gets hired for the voice over job.

That’s like waiting forever in the supermarket check out line and just when you get to the cashier, she closes the lane and goes on her lunch break!

In this week’s Inside Voice Over video training blog I’ve got valuable advice about how to qualify your voice over prospects by asking just a few simple questions.

That way you’ll make sure that every minute you spend on the phone brings you closer to a lucrative voice over job.
