One of the most frustrating things about being a voice talent today is that you rarely, if ever, get feedback on your auditions.

Sure, maybe you’ll get a “like” on one of the voice casting sites but that doesn’t help when you don’t book the job.

The truth is there is no way to really know why we do or don’t get cast for a job. Sometimes it’s as simple as not getting heard and other times it’s a completely random reason like they hired a friend.

But the situation isn’t hopeless – far from it!
