Getting ready to do your voice over website?
There are so many things to think about…
Which domain name should you buy?
Should you hire a web designer (and pay them a small fortune) or try to do it yourself?
Include your picture?
Where should you put your demos? Your contact information?
Next thing you know, you’re paralyzed with a good case of what I call GRTGR
(pron. GRIT-grrr), which stands for Getting Ready To Get Ready.
In today’s voice over training video I share my best practices for voice over websites to help you get unstuck and complete this important part of your voice over marketing.
Check out this week’s short video training on voice over on your website and then let me know what you think, ok?
After you watch the video I want to know your thoughts. Got your website up yet? What’s the URL?
Write to me in the comments box. I want to learn what’s on your mind so I can support you.
To your voice over success,
Susan Berkley,
Founder, The Great Voice Company
Thanks, Susan! Even though I have a website and have been doing VO for a few years now, I’ve questioned whether my site has what it needs. I’ve considered switching it to a wordpress site (and have other websites using wordpress so I know how to work it once I switch) but it’s not easy to change over from what I have now (a google site) to wordpress. But after watching your video just now, I think I have what I need with my current site. You’ve eased my mind today a bit, allowing me to continue to focus on the other things I need to do in order to keep growing my VO business. Thanks again! Jill http://www.GOLDIVOX.com
Your site looks great Jill. Simple and ask to access the demos. Good luck with everything!-
OOps..I meant EASY to access the demos
Thank you for your continued tips and comments. Someday…over the rainbow maybe… With your help I’ll become infamous!!! (That’s one step above famous right?)
Continued success in all you do Susan!! Woot woot!!
Thanks Aaron! We’re here for you when you’re ready. 🙂
